Kamryn Gaskin is a digital creator, storyteller and activist. Receiving her Bachelor's from The University of Alabama, in Communication and African-American Studies and soon to attain her Master’s in Digital Social Media from the University of Southern California, Kamryn has always strived to do work that seeks to create, advocate and inspire. As a Jersey native exploring LA, she immediately embraced the BIPOC culture scene. Promoting local Black artists and businesses through networking at events and collaborating with brands on social media, she aims to cultivate an ecosystem that puts Black brands at the forefront of the conversation. Going by “Ole Soul Kam” on social media, Kamryn believes that any form of expression starts from the soul. In her current role on as Digital Brand Coordinator at design studio Imaginary Forces, she writes copy for their website and social channels, and strategizes their brand voice on new platforms. Working on marketing campaigns for clients such as Apple TV+, Netflix and IMAX, her charismatic personality and witty writing style has propelled her to new heights in the creative communities of LA.
